COVID-19 Vaccine at DMC

We administer Astra Zeneca COVID-19 vaccines at DMC Medical Centre, both through our COVAX Clinic and also by appointment with our GPs. Vaccines are administered by our GPs are by appointment only for existing DMC patients.

We invite our DMC patients to still complete their consent forms during a phone consultation with their doctor. Once complete you can make an appointment with the COVID vaccine clinic or your doctor may book you in so they can administer it for you. Please note that any face to face appointment with a doctor can only be booked by the doctor after a phone or telehealth appointment. Patients are not to attend the clinic if they are a close or casual contact, or have any of the following cold or flu like symptoms: cough; sore throat; fever; or flu like aches.  All patients will be triaged by the phone prior to attending their appointment.

The Homebush COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic and other COVID vaccine clinics provide the Pfizer vaccine, but unfortunately it is not available at DMC as we are focusing on vaccinating our most at risk patient groups at this stage. To book at the Homebush clinic go to and follow the steps to make an appointment.

Appointment Information:

The COVID vaccine is administered through our COVID vaccine clinic or by GP appointment. The vaccine clinic is operating on specific days, and by appointment only.

If you are unsure about whether you would like the vaccine or not, we would strongly encourage you to book a time with your GP to discuss this.
